“Upsetting that I had to pay for breakfast and parking”
The room itself was fine. We were unhappy that parking was charged and that we had to pay for breakfast even though the booking said breakfast was included.
“Good room but some maintenance issues”
The room was clean, spacious, and offered good value, and the pool area was nice. However, there were unresolved maintenance problems: a broken faucet, non‑functional bulbs, no body wash, no coffee/tea maker as promised, an expensive breakfast, and I had to request complimentary parking; the CATV channel selection was limited.

I was impressed with everything, everything was excellent.

“It was a little scary . People in the parking asking for a car jump. Others are doing drugs.”
The location was somewhat acceptable; everything was nearby but the area felt a bit ghetto. I didn’t receive breakfast and had to pay a fee, whereas most hotels don’t charge for breakfast or parking. I was disappointed with the customer service, the floors were dirty, and the elevator seemed like it might break down. All the places I’ve stayed at never charge for breakfast or parking.
