“Bungalow in bester Lage”
The spot right on a beach bay is fantastic, and the reception was super friendly. They included a shuttle to the airport and even gave us flower garlands on arrival. The bungalow has plenty of free bottled water, and the breakfast at the nearby bakery is top‑notch. The only downside was the missing wardrobe for our stuff, and the kitchen could use a few more tools.
“Magical location, wonderful host - perfect!”
Jimena was a great host—she took care of us right from the start, was happy to set up tours, and handled the language gap smoothly. The room had a lovely view, and the place is close to all the shops, bars, and restaurants.

Nice, clean bungalow with a small kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Just a few meters from the sea and close to Hanga Roa's center. The host was very kind.
“Mala y lamentable experiencia en este hospedaje”
All we could say is the location and breakfast were fine. The rest was a nightmare: power flickered three times a day, no AC and the heat was brutal. The cabin manager was a mess, disrespectful, and brought in workers for pointless fixes that forced us to leave. Service was awful.

The location is decent, but the place feels neglected and dirty. Rooms aren't cleaned, though they do replace towels and give extra toilet paper. Not a clean stay.
