“Not pleasant”
Our room had a bad odor and it seemed unfinished; the sofa bed was unmade with the sheets just balled up on top, and the sofa pillows were spread out, some even on the floor. The neighbors were terrible, blasting loud music, obviously drugged, and physically abusive. My toddler struggled to sleep because of it; I called the front desk several times and was repeatedly told security would handle it. At 3am I was woken by screaming and banging on the window and had to call the front desk again.
