“Mango hotel is just perfect where you need to be....”

We were very satisfied with the service and amenities from the driver to the front desk and everyone else during our stay; the location was perfect for our needs, the room was spacious and the bedding quality was good, and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. They were attentive and helped us whenever we needed it. The only drawback was the absence of a safety box.

The facilities were decent and the air‑conditioning worked well, but the staff were not very welcoming, slippers were missing, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odor, and the food was overly salty.

“Hotel is okay for the price BUT I won’t recom it.”

The location was acceptable, and the small on‑site restaurant was a relief in the hot climate of Tuguegarao, with several staff members being reliable and efficient; however, I misplaced a glass souvenir from Spain, there was a disturbing repair‑like noise at night, and a staff member called at 9 pm to check on me, which felt unnecessary and unsettling.

“Value for Money and Close proximity to Big Malls such as Robinson and SM Mall”

The spot is right next to SM Mall and Robinson Mall, and hopping over by tricyle costs just 20 pesos. The standard rooms feel cramped, especially the toilet and bathroom area, but the Matriminal Rooms are more spacious. Every room is reasonably priced.
