“Expensive but you get what you pay for”
The grounds were spectacular and the rooms were of high quality; the staff were exceptional, but there were no outdoor areas for breakfast.

The ambience, staff, food, and overall service were great; the staff made every guest feel special, which clarified why Udaivilas is so renowned. However, everything—including the boat ride from the jetty to the other side of City Palace—was excellent, and the view from the front of Udai Vilas was unmatched.

The location and scenery were beautiful, the staff extremely helpful, and the architecture marvelous—Venice of India without the stinking waterways—yet the massive, beautiful green property made it the best stay I've had in 71 years.
I was blown away by Mr Khateeb—he handled everything for us! The only downside was the breakfast.
