Everything was perfect. It wasn’t well‑indicated, and we couldn’t dine at the hotel because they told us it was full.

The staff were friendly, the pool and spa were great, and the room quality was excellent. Everything was exceptional.

We spent four nights at this family‑owned hotel and felt genuinely cared for; Katja and the other staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay relaxing. The room was spacious, well‑equipped, and offered a breathtaking mountain view, with a bathroom that had heated floors. The spa, though not huge, was functional and had everything we needed: a sauna with an amazing view, a steam room, and an outdoor pool overlooking the scenery. Dining was the highlight; I would strongly recommend booking the room with breakfast and dinner, as each evening felt like a Michelin‑level experience with 5‑6 course meals. A nice bonus was the snack service from 3‑5 P.M., which one day featured apple strudel and another day offered meat and cheese cuts. Overall, it’s truly an amazing hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

I really liked the rooms—clean, well‑maintained, with a mountain view. The dinner was the best part, so I highly recommend it, and the relaxation area was very nice. The pool was beautiful, but the water was cool‑cold, which unfortunately meant we couldn’t enjoy it.
