The location and rooftop pool were convenient, especially since the hotel is part of a shopping centre that makes grabbing items easy. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, especially Helder. They seemed understaffed but did their best, so I can’t fault their service. The breakfast buffet was really good with many options. The decor in the room and hallway was dark and unappealing, and the lighting system was annoying because it was controlled from a single dial beside the door. For a 5‑star hotel we expected more. We also had an unfriendly encounter with one of the rooftop bar staff. We would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it.
