The staff are very kind and attentive, but the hot water supply is limited.

The reception was bad; the person in charge didn’t accept the reservation from the app, charged a different amount, and didn’t attend to me properly, and overall I didn’t like anything because the receptionist was unpleasant and didn’t take the survey, charging much more than the reservation.
