The room was fantastic and the rooftop was great, but I should have researched the area more; parking was sketchy and oddly charged, the immediate surroundings were underdeveloped, and the walk to the main commercial area was unappealing. It’s a good budget spot for those looking for an alternative to historic Charleston.

The location was great because it was close to the concert venue, but parking was horrible and there were no amenities. It was too loud, especially with trains running by.

The room hadn’t been cleaned at all, there was no safe in the lounge and the hotel’s location in the city should include a safe, which was advertised but missing; there was no staff named Andy, no reception, no lobby and essentially no personnel on site.
