Hôtel Gambetta

“Honteux que Booking laisse louer ce type de logement à 180€ la nuit”

While the hotel's location was convenient, that was about the only positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, the room was in a deplorable state, with a clogged and moldy shower, a broken light fixture, and a lack of cleaning supplies. The bathroom floor was also hazardous, with a risk of slipping. To make matters worse, the reception staff was non-existent, with a 15-minute wait just to check in, and the hotel's overall condition was a major letdown.

“Une seule nuit ça suffit”

While the hotel's proximity to the city center was a plus, the noise level was a major drawback. We could hear our neighbors, the sounds of running water, and the street noise, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

“Je ne recommande pas cet établissement”

I had mixed feelings about my stay here. The location was ideal, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The hotel was incredibly noisy, and to make matters worse, there was no one at the front desk. The overall condition of the hotel was also subpar, with uncleanliness and discomfort being major issues.

My experience was a bit of a trade-off. On the one hand, the hotel was relatively clean, which was a plus. However, the noise level was excessive, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.

I appreciated the friendly front desk staff who accommodated our request to check-in early. However, the room had some significant issues, including old and potentially fragile furniture, a broken shower that caused water to splash everywhere, a dirty floor, and a malfunctioning TV remote.
