The location was great, but the room was cramped, the parking cost 50 zl, and space was limited.

The mattress was terrible, the floor was dirty, and I had to wait 3 h for the room I booked for 25 09, but I was moved to a single bed instead of the double bed I paid for on 26 09; I couldn’t sleep, there was no food, the shower water was cold, the toilet was dirty, and people on the pavement were doing drugs and the smell of piss was awful. I want a refund because I paid for a double bed but received a single one.
