We had an unforgettable stay, largely thanks to Lotfi who welcomed us right away and stayed on top of everything throughout our visit. His extra effort to keep us comfortable and his friendly attitude added a special touch that made the holiday truly memorable. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The room was comfortable. Some residents behaved poorly and there was overconsumption.

Everything was perfect; the staff were attentive, friendly, and smiling, and I loved the pool and the bar area by the pool. Nothing was wrong—everything was great.

They required a wedding certificate, the property is old and dirty, and I think they should stop their business and do something else.
