We arrived around noon and found the place in a state that was far from what the photos and description promised; it looked utterly unkempt and unacceptable to us. The pool was dirty, the building had an old, rusted corrugated metal roof that visibly moved in the wind and seemed partially loose. The hammocks on the cliffs were riddled with holes and gave no sense of security. We even saw breakfast left on the table upon arrival. Overall, the property seemed severely neglected and did not meet the standard we expected based on its portrayal. We had booked two nights but decided not to stay at all and left the same day. We were especially disappointed that no solution or compensation was offered, either on the spot or afterward, and the property did not respond to our messages. Another family who was there with us also found the conditions unbearable and left immediately without staying.

“Extrêmement déçus”

Rien de bon nous avons attendu à la Reception pendant 40 minutes, la piscine était vide et en réparation,nous avons pris un autres hôtel. Je demande un remboursement total des 3 nuits car c’est de là oubli ou mensongère on ne loue pas 3 nuits sans prévenir que la piscine ne fonctionne pas. “Not what the pictures show”

The bedroom balcony offered a nice view, and we could rent a scooter there. However, ants were everywhere in the room, even in the bed. The pool was out of service and no compensation was provided, which was disappointing since we chose the place for the pool. The shower drain was broken and the bathroom door was damaged. The location is on top of a hill and very far from the harbor.

The staff were friendly, but they failed to inform us that the pool was broken, and there was no kitchen, so meals had to be delivered by motorcycle.
