The laundry facility was great; the staff helped with washing, drying, and even delivered to your room. The service was excellent. The gym was a bit too small and had limited equipment.

The rooms here are massive, and I was really impressed with how clean and comfy they were. The breakfast was top stuff, with loads of variety to choose from, and it's super convenient being close to all the shops. My only minor gripe was that I had a bit of trouble getting the wifi to work, but overall it's a great place to stay.

The bed was huge and super comfy, and I loved the free extras like rice porridge, sweet soup, and dim sum at night. The fact that they also offer free coffee and chocolate drinks in the lobby was a really nice touch - it felt really thoughtful and worth a thumbs up.

I was really happy with the pillows and bed - they were just right in terms of softness. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the shower had a great water pressure and temperature. However, there were a few things that could be improved, like the lack of a fridge in the room, some wonky lighting, and poor soundproofing.

The staff were super helpful, which was great since I checked in pretty late. Room was small but clean, and the location was really convenient. Only downside was the noise, but I guess that's to be expected in a busy area. Overall, I'd say it was decent value for the price.
