The room was great, and the staff was helpful, but I was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included.

The bed was comfortable, but I booked a king and ended up with a queen; the toilet was broken, the room was clean but the windows were filthy, making the space feel dirty, the accessible bathroom was very old with no counter, the shower trickled, and there was no streaming on the TV.

Everything was excellent, and the customer service at check‑in and check‑out was top tier, but I couldn’t stay longer.

The bed was comfortable but the sheets didn’t smell clean—they seemed like they hadn’t been changed; the food was good but way overpriced and the dinner service was odd; the bathroom looked clean at first glance but was sub‑par upon closer inspection; the staff were very friendly, though.
