The room was small, the bathroom even smaller, but everything was modern, functional and clean, making it perfect for a layover. However, it felt stuffy and hot inside, the window could only be opened a tiny sliver, and we couldn’t program the air‑conditioner as needed. In the hotel garage there was only one electric‑car charging point, and it was already occupied, so you shouldn’t rely on it.

Everything was perfect: the reception, the very comfortable rooms, the halls beautifully decorated. Breakfast was complete and tasty, and the staff went out of their way to make sure nothing was missing. The only drawback in October was the lack of air‑conditioning in the rooms; the mild weather made the rooms very hot.

The location is right on the old town, but it’s also on a major road that’s heavily trafficked at night, which is a problem. The rooms are tiny and far too warm; even with summer temperatures the seasonal air‑conditioning wasn’t available, and because of the huge noise from the busy street, we couldn’t ventilate.

Geen gebruik kunnen maken van de kamer. De kamer was heel benauwd en heel warm. We waren met 2 personen en hond. De airco kon alleen op verwarmen gezet. Voor de veiligheid kon het raam alleen op een kiertje. Receptioniste vriendelijk maar kon het probleem niet verhelpen en er waren geen andere kamers vrij. Kamer verlaten formulier ingevuld voor teruggave geld. Pierre de manager heeft reageerd krijgen het geld niet terug. Zegt de airco deed het wel hetgeen niet zo is en de receptioniste ons bevestigde kon alleen op warm nu en dat in een te kleine krappe kamer. Pierre de manager reageerd niet op onze respons hetgeen heel slecht is. We zullen het probleem bij booking gaan aankaarten …. Geen gebruik kunnen maken van de kamer. The location was good. There was no fridge, the room was too small, only two towels for two people, no concierge, the air‑conditioning was broken, the room temperature was 27 °C and the windows wouldn’t open—what a night. We had a small dog with us, the website listed the cost as 5 €, but we had to pay 7.20 €.
