Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The place was clean, staff were very courteous and helpful, and the private spa was excellent. The breakfast, however, was poorly organized; in such a beautiful hotel you shouldn’t have to queue for a hot drink, especially when there’s a buffet nearby. It was inconvenient for everyone, both for those who needed food and for the endless line to get coffee. I would have preferred the hot drinks served at the table.

Struttura vecchiotta, ma molto accogliente! Provvista di tutti i confort: camere e bagni ampi, aria condizionata, piscina all’aperto per i momenti di relax. Il punto forte è la colazione, molto abbondante e con qualsiasi tipo di alimento. Le torte fatte in case ero buonissime. Personale gentile e premuroso. Pulizia al top. La cena. Una delle sere in cui annoi soggiorno abbiamo cenato al resort, ma il cibo non era molto buono per quello che ci è costato

The hotel feels dated, but its location, the courteous and friendly staff, the cleanliness, the common areas, and the great breakfast make it a place worth considering. Unfortunately the pool, the room furnishings, and overall the hotel fell short of my expectations, and it needs a makeover to be seen as a four‑star establishment.

The hotel feels very welcoming, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The pool is a lifesaver from the heat and a big distraction for the kids. I’d say it’s a great choice for a trip focused on exploring the fantastic Val d’Orcia. The only thing that could use improvement is the exterior, which looks a bit dated, and the asphalt in the parking lot.
