Yaren Hanım was very attentive in customer relations, the massage and spa were excellent, the beach staff were super helpful, and the cocktails were outstanding.

From the staff to the food, the rooms were comfortable and welcoming, but a shuttle is essential to reach the city center.

All‑inclusive, we had a fantastic stay: great location, spotless rooms, comfy beds, tasty food, cocktails, snacks, friendly staff, and a superb spa—especially the massage. The sea was beautiful even in late October. The only downside was the weak Wi‑Fi in the room; even after we requested a fix it stayed poor. There’s no airport transfer, which would be a welcome addition, and the rooms are smaller than those at other hotels.
