The room faced the street, so it was very loud, and the hair dryer was broken, but the staff were otherwise nice. The hair dryer and the drunken people outside the window at night were the only negatives.

The hotel is centrally located, but the beds feel a bit too firm, there’s not enough storage space in the bathroom, the shower water pressure is very weak so the foam barely rinses off, breakfast was average, and there’s no air conditioning, so it’s not recommended in summer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they fulfilled our personal requests without any bureaucracy. Dining at the restaurant is worth it; the variety of schnitzel options is extraordinary and super tasty.

As always great.

Another flawless stay: booking via email was hassle‑free, the welcome was warm and knowledgeable, and the room with a terrace on the ground floor (room 002) was lovely. Last year we had a front‑room and were woken by church bells; this time there was none, which we appreciated. We felt very comfortable. As a smoker, the terrace attached to the room was ideal, but I had to stand in the rain because there was no small awning. If that were provided, it would be perfect.
