The location - walking distance to Sugamo Hamanote Line. Lots and lots of eating places nearby! Very spacious for a group of 4 people. It is not refundable. So make sure you have made up your mind about staying. Overall though, we are glad we stayed here!

I was really pleased with the apartment's location - it was just a 2-minute walk from the train station and had a laundry place just 6 minutes away on foot. The apartment itself was spacious and had a balcony, and the street nearby had a great shopping district. However, there were a few things that let it down - there was no kitchen, just a microwave and kettle, and I would have appreciated some extra utensils.

We stayed here with our 3-year-old daughter and were really impressed with the spacious room, which even had a simple bed for her to sleep in. She had a blast running around the room and playing with all the toys. The location was also super convenient, with a train station just a short walk away and a convenience store and supermarket nearby. However, there was one thing that really bothered me - the toilet's ventilation was clogged with dust, and it was really gross.

This place is right next to the JR train station, which was really convenient for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to get a good night's sleep.
