I had a wonderful stay at Villa Sephina. The location is quiet and safe, yet only about 10 minutes’ drive to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Pigeon Island beach and a really good golf course are just 5 minutes’ drive away, which was super convenient. There are plenty of resorts nearby (very good ones). If you fancy an all‑in resort experience, you could simply buy a day pass and enjoy their facilities without paying hundreds of dollars per night. The villa has everything you need. The Wi‑Fi worked well and I had no issues with conference calls during my whole month there. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is very helpful to someone like me who stayed for a whole month. Shopping and cooking some local produce is definitely a good experience and costs much less than eating in restaurants every meal. There’s a shared lounge with a big screen, lots of TV channels, and streaming services, plus good laundry facilities. The garden is amazing—you can pick fresh fruit when it’s in season. I was lucky enough to try the mangos, and honestly, they were the best I’ve ever had. The hosts, Nadina, Joseph and the whole family, are fantastic—so welcoming and helpful. Their three dogs are really friendly and always came to greet me when I arrived or left. They made the villa feel like home. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. It felt comfortable, safe, and homely. I’d definitely recommend Villa Sephina and would love to come back!

The location and neighborhood were fine, but I’m demanding a full refund because the hosts didn’t follow lodging and welcome rules. Both apartments were old, poorly equipped, and not ventilated—just bunkers with no windows and no air conditioning, which feels like a slum that should be banned. We’re appalled; Booking should sanction these owners—never seen anything like this! The photos and reviews don’t match reality; it’s theft. You’ve ruined the Booking platform’s reputation. We slept on the kitchen floor because the beds and rooms were too tight. I expect a full refund since you were paid in cash (1200 USD), and I suspect you’ll keep the tourist tax.

The owners are lovely people, and the dogs are friendly with guests too. There isn’t anything else; it’s the best place for a great vacation.
