Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The welcome was fantastic. The meals were hearty, high‑quality, varied, and delicious. The staff were attentive, hospitable, cheerful, and precise. I highly recommend this place; it was an unforgettable experience for us.

The hotel stank, the whole building was dilapidated and poorly maintained, as was the surrounding area. The staff were purely Indian, which was a shock coming from the Tatras. The dinner was awful—an odd soup and potatoes with bones (you can actually taste what you put into the broth). Breakfast was also a poor affair. For such accommodation I would pay at most 20€.

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the hotel’s location—just near the railway station—was excellent. Breakfasts and dinners were very good. We suggest extending dinner service to 19:30, as it was a bit stressful to catch it when arriving from a mountain trip.

The location is very good due to its proximity to the electric station. The view from the window is bad. The bathroom works well. The kitchen offers variety, but I missed dessert after the second course. The room was very narrow, with only one side of the nightstand fitting next to the bed. The double bed was only 140 cm wide. Dust piled up under the desk. The room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper was brown and single‑layered.
