Honestly, nothing. We’re not used to giving a 1/10, but the room price was insane. The location was on the main road with no sign or explanation until late; no staff were present, and it was all dark. The room was dirty (bedsheets, towels), moldy, and smelled awful. It seemed unused for a long time. We had to switch rooms because the odor was unbearable. Yellow water leaked from the sink, among other issues.

The location was excellent, with many restaurants and shops nearby, and quick access to any point in Bukit. The staff were always reachable and helped promptly when needed. The room was spacious, insect‑free, and clean‑tidy. The internet was slow and unstable, and the dishes were unusable—fortunately, they were rarely needed.

The toilet smelled awful, there was poop in the kitchen cabinets and a terrible odor, so I had to buy an air freshener to stay there; the mirrors were dirty and it wasn’t worth the price.

The room was big and clean with no mosquitoes, the mirror and table were tidy, the bathroom was spotless, and the location was good—about a 20/25‑minute drive to the main area; the AC worked well and self‑check‑in/out were convenient. I didn’t need a kitchen, but it’s next to the wash bowl and I didn’t like seeing an old sponge when brushing my teeth, though that’s probably just me being picky.
