“Average not worth the money I paid.”
The rooms were tiny and lacked ventilation; even after checking in at 11 pm, no extra time was granted during the day. The buffet was a joke—traditional South Indian food that was bland; only the tea was acceptable, and the breakfast items were scarce—just poori, aloo sabji, idli, sambhar, bread, and a single vada for one guest, which was absurd. By the time we reached the breakfast area, many items were already gone. Nothing else stood out.
“Excellent”
The location was spot on, just a stone’s throw from Ratna cafe and the market, and public transport was easy to reach; the room, including the bathroom, was spotless, so overall it was a great experience.
“Old, dirty, moldy, dangerous to stay”
Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare. We checked in, but the room was in such poor condition - moldy and dirty bedsheets everywhere. It was clear that our health was at risk, so we left after just a few hours. To add insult to injury, the hotel refused to refund us, leaving us out of pocket. Don't even think about staying here if you care about your well-being.
The stay was pleasant with friendly staff and good breakfast, but the room felt too small.
“Very bad”
The hotel in Chennai was a disaster from the start. I was there for work and had a local vendor visit, but the staff wouldn't let him in my room. I had to head down to meet him, which was inconvenient. To make matters worse, my room was infested with insects, making it a terrible experience.
