The bed and pillows were fairly comfortable, but I wouldn’t call this a hotel or even a boutique; it felt more like a hostel, the location wasn’t central or worth it, and the facilities were quite dated.

The front‑desk staff were enthusiastic, but the facilities felt a bit old‑fashioned.

I loved how friendly the staff were—always smiling and helpful with our luggage, and they offered free toiletries, a toothbrush, and a coffee machine. The daily breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 was great, and overall it was a fantastic experience; I’d definitely return next time I travel to Laos. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breakfast was good, the location was nice and the surroundings were quiet. The receptionists were very pleasant. I had no complaints and was satisfied with the stay, the price was nice.

The pool was simple but enjoyable after the walk. The staff responded quickly and replaced the broken shower column in two hours. The quadruple room was comfortable with good bedding. Walking access to Wat Si Saket and Wat Kha Preo was easy. Use Loca to book taxis to other places. Overall a good experience: we stayed 24 hours in Vientiane and that was enough to see the essentials.
