The location is good. The bathroom was dirty, the towels under the coffee door were hard to lock, and while the budget is not bad, it was dirty and dated.

The shower tray had mastic peeling off the wall and needed some work.

The staff were adaptable and the breakfast was good, but the check‑in process, the premises, and the value for money left something to be desired.

The shower tray in room 314 had mastic that needed attention, but otherwise the stay was fine.
