The place is awful: bad location, filthy toilets, a strong odor, a toilet that won’t drain, and a terrible overall experience; the reviews I saw were misleading, so stay away.

The location differs from Google Maps, the building is old and shady, elevators are broken, there’s no drinking water, the room window was damaged and it was freezing cold without a heater even after I offered to pay, neighbors in the next room were loudly and inappropriately talking, and I had to leave after just one hour of check‑in; they initially refused a refund, but after contacting the platform I got a one‑day refund out of a two‑day stay.

David at reception was amazing; after a bad stay elsewhere I’m glad I chose this place, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s in one of Delhi’s nicer areas.
