The room was very private with a great view of Pena, and breakfasts were wonderful. The downside was the many stairs, and we needed more towels because they didn’t dry overnight.

The view of Peña was exceptional, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was attentive and of good quality, but the TV and cable were poor, the security box didn’t work, and some in‑room services like coffee, cups, and water were lacking.

The view was beautiful, the décor charming, everything clean and well maintained. The lack of service was frustrating; no one offered to help us carry our luggage from reception to the room, and the walk was difficult. The bed was small and hard, so we had to request extra pillows, which arrived only after a second request. Breakfast was poor with no alternatives. At check‑out, nobody said goodbye or helped us with our luggage to the car; we were just told via WhatsApp that everything was fine and we could leave, which is disappointing for a hotel that isn’t cheap.

The place is beautiful and very cozy, the view is divine, and the location is excellent. I have no complaints at all!
