“poor and unfair”

We finally found a hostel that night, so we had to settle for the rough conditions. We booked a room that was basically sold out, but they gave us a cheaper one with poor conditions and promised to refund the difference, which never happened. The staff was terrible, even asking us to cancel our booking in the middle of the night with my elderly parents, which was unacceptable. If you want to run a business, learn how to provide good service.

“Le meilleur hotel si on ne veut pas dormir”

Pas grand chose!. Cet hotel est parfait pour les gens qui ne veulent pas dormir! Le bruit du Karaoke juste en face est intense et commence vers 14hr, quand la nuit arrive ça devient de plus en plus fort voire insoutenable ! Le caca me s'est arrêté à minuit 15. Ensuite la rue le long de la rivière est assez bruyante, jusqu'à minuit, on ne l'entend pas grâce au Karaoke mais le reste de la nuit il suffit d'une moto toutes les 30mn pour vous tenir éveillé, à 4h45 du matin une église du quartier à commencé à passer des chansons religieuses assrz fort pour que tout le quartier en profite pendant 1hr et ensuite vers 6hr les cloches! Donc à fuir comme la peste! L'emplacement très central paraissait intéressant. Les chambres sont moyennement propres, pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain qui un peu délabrée. La literie est en mauvais état avec les ressorts du matelas qui sortent. Le réceptionniste du soir n'est pas très aimable et n'a pas aimé que je lui demande, vers 23hr, à qelle heure s'arrêtait le Karaoke. J'avais la chambre 204 qui donne sur la rue

The location is strategic, right in the center of Tarutung. The room was dirty and the water was off, which was disappointing.

The room on the third floor next to the stairs has a small balcony overlooking the town, a fairly spacious bathroom, and a kind of open multi‑storey cabinet for storage. The pillow is extremely soft, almost like it’s filled with air, and the staff should smile more.
