The location was fine, but the bed was terrible, the heating was bad, and the breakfast was poor.

The sea view was good, but I booked through Booking, and the room did have a sea view, yet it wasn’t what was shown; when I stepped onto the balcony there was another room in front of mine, so the view was not 100 % sea. There was no staff to guide me – for instance, I went to the water tanks and nobody prepared them; we had to lift the protective cover ourselves and leave it aside. No one was available to answer questions, and the hotel chat didn’t respond in a reasonable time. Additionally, although the hotel is pretty, it seems to lack maintenance – paint, glass cleaning in the room and balcony, etc.

The sea view was unbeatable, but the hotel advertises itself as pet‑friendly yet charges an extra fee for having a pet.
