I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel, which had a cozy, Airbnb-like feel to it. The self-check-in process was seamless, and I enjoyed the window seat immensely. The hotel's location was perfect for a relaxed weekend getaway, and I discovered a great, affordable fried chicken shop nearby.

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking and paying for two nights in advance, I received an email just five minutes before check-in time stating they were fully booked and offering a refund. When I arrived, the reception was unstaffed, and after a nearly hour-long phone conversation, I was met with a lack of solution and no effort to assist in person. To add insult to injury, I never received a response to my follow-up email.

My room was spacious and well-located, which was a big plus. I also appreciated the flexibility with late check-in, as my flight arrived late at night. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of staff presence, and the fact that I had to arrange check-in online. Additionally, the room wasn't cleaned during my stay, and I was told to help myself to essentials from the public-accessible reception area.

I found this hotel to offer great value for money, with a decently comfortable bed and a fantastic location. While the street outside can be noisy, it's not a major issue. Overall, I'd say this hotel is a solid choice for those looking for a practical and affordable place to stay.
