Location of the hotel was excellent, could walk everywhere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage for 3 nights whilst we went off to do the Ha Giang Loop which was very kind of them. Would stay here again if I came back to Hanoi. Breakfast options were limited and at another location down the road but this was not a huge issue

Tucked in a quiet lane just steps from the shopping streets, the rooms look as shown in the photos—some don’t have windows—yet even the windowless ones are comfortable and the staff are fantastic; the only downsides were a TV that wouldn’t turn on and a squeaky floor.

The young staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I loved being able to store our luggage for free before and after our three‑day trip to SAPA, plus the laundry and housekeeping services. The hotel sits in a peaceful alley just off the lively streets, where you can grab phở and a fresh dessert at the alley entrance. The bed was very comfy, though it did make some noise. The only drawback was that the room I booked had no window, which wasn’t disclosed in the listing, but it didn’t bother me since I was only there to sleep.

This room is great for those who’ll be out exploring most of the time and just need a place to sleep. The Old Quarter location is perfect. The budget hotel met our expectations for the price. We had a windowless room. It was quiet at night, had good light and ventilation through the bathroom window, and there were no signs or smells of mildew or mold. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the AC worked. The staff were very helpful. We arranged airport transfers and a day trip to Ninh Binh through the hotel, and the trip was high quality at a good price. The breakfast option wasn’t great, but the location had a good view for rooftop photos.
