The staff were all very enthusiastic and eager to help us, and although breakfast normally started at 7:30, they prepared something for us ahead of time because we had to catch a train. The room looks freshly painted, but the bathroom feels a bit older—likely typical for the hotels in Saffron City, which are old buildings. Still, the cleanliness was good.

The welcome was warm, the bedding was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The bathrooms could use a touch of refurbishment, but the rooms themselves were clean and bright.
