We booked the loft and it lived up to the hype: bright, comfy, and fully equipped. The beds were a dream. What really set this place apart was Parnell, the guest service manager—friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about his role. He answered every question, helped us out, and even returned a phone we left behind in a flash. People like him are rare.

The hotel’s proximity to the main area was convenient and the rooms were well appointed. However, there was no air‑conditioning or any way to let fresh, cooler air into the room, so it stayed constantly stuffy.
