“I wish I got some kind of discount on our stay after having to deal with so many problems. I don’t think I will book her”

I stayed there for a week and my room only got cleaned once, they had us in a room that was dirty and smelled like mold and then moved us but then they never added us to the house keeping lost. My mom paid a house keeper to clean our room one time
