I booked a room with a jetted tub, but it never turned on, and the whole place smelled musty. The room looked outdated, and the toilet was already clogged from previous guests; the front desk only handed us a plunger and said they'd tell maintenance tomorrow, so I had to plunge every time I used the bathroom.
