“Hög nivå mitt i Ystad”

Perfect location in the middle of Ystad. Quiet, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and nice facilities. We tried the restaurant one evening and were very satisfied. Parking with charging in the back yard is convenient. Some unnecessary semi-finished items at breakfast and the bathroom feels a bit cramped.

Nice and charming hotel that we have visited many times before. Good breakfast. It is disappointing to travel to Ystad over a weekend and find that the hotel bar closes before 22:00, both on Friday and Saturday. Why are the opening hours so limited? The fact that the hotel has no staff on site after 22:00 does not improve the experience. When the bar is closed and you are sent back to your room, you expect at least to be able to relax in front of the TV. But that didn't work either. We called the service phone and were told that the person who answered was not at the hotel and could not help us. To top it off, we booked a deluxe double bed but received two single beds instead. When we went to reception right after check‑in to point this out, we were told that there were no double beds available. Overall, a very dull hotel experience, where both the service and basic expectations of accommodation fall short. Next time we will choose a different hotel!
