The location, the quietness and the outdoor space are positives. The room had a green “spotlight” emergency exit sign that made it hard to sleep in a dark room. Not recommended for people who can’t sleep in lit areas.

The issue with the ants was resolved: we contacted the staff and the gentleman who handled us fixed the problem and apologized, reassigning us to a better room/apartment. We understood the situation because it was very hot and the place is rural. In the morning the housekeepers were also very attentive. The only downside was that ants appeared in one of the rooms.

The location is peaceful and lets you explore several places in the region. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. The experience fell far short of what was advertised and shown in photos. I booked a Villa Deluxe mainly for the advertised conditions, including a private jacuzzi and pool. Upon arrival I was told the jacuzzi was available, but later I found out it was broken, a fact only confirmed after I kept asking. The jacuzzi was full of water, very dirty and clearly poorly maintained, so I couldn’t use it. We also chose not to use the pool, especially since we had a 3‑year‑old child, because the visible condition of the tiles was bad, with peeling areas and stains in the bottom and walls. The villa had many ants, even in the kitchenette and on the utensils, and the fridge was quite degraded with many signs of neglect. There were also ants in the breakfast buffet area. The TV couldn’t be used because there was no remote, a situation confirmed by the staff when I asked. The overall condition of the place is very different from what the promotional photos show. We ended up using the accommodation mainly to sleep and spent all our days outside. It’s a shame because the location and concept have potential, but in our experience the current conditions did not match what was booked and paid for.
