Only the location and the convenience of buying things in the hall mattered, but the room smelled of cigarettes, forcing me to move at midnight; the towels were stained, the bathroom paint was flaking everywhere, and the staff were terribly inefficient. My door lock lost its battery, I had to descend four times to ask for help, they lied about a request already being made, and I had to personally call maintenance—overall a very bad experience.
