Elegantly furnished rooms feature large windows, cable TVs, and minibars. Guests enjoy the outdoor pool, rooftop Victoria Spa with 5 massage beds, and Bassac Restaurant serving Vietnamese and European cuisine, amidst scenic Mekong Delta views.

A very beautiful hotel in Châu Đốc, perfectly positioned on the Bassac River. Victoria retains a lot of charm, with elegant architecture, lovely common areas, and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and pleasant, offering a stunning view of the river. The staff were attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet was varied and of excellent quality. A great place to explore Châu Đốc, Mount Sam, and the Mekong Delta region. We would gladly return.

The spot is perfect, right next to the pier where the Phnom Peng boat dropped us off, and they handed us great bikes for the day to explore the countryside. The hotel feels very secure, and the restaurant serves the best food in Chau Doc. The staff were all very friendly.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, offering a warm welcome and a very personal stay; they knew our room number, preferred table, and showed genuine interest. The pool was large and pleasant, though not brand new. It was convenient to dock after the boat trip and step straight into the hotel. A great massage was also available. The only downside might be the sauna, which is tucked away in the basement.
