The secretary’s welcome was good. Nothing else.
“CHINCHES EN LA HABITACION”
The staff were friendly, but there were cockroaches in the room!!! We had to notify the staff and they swapped our room, but we couldn’t sleep at all all night; it’s not normal to find cockroaches in a four‑star hotel.
