The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
My bathroom was spotless
The hotel's location is a bit secluded, and we had to rely on a car or bike to get around.

“Quiet, comfortable hotel stay!”
The staff helped with picking up and returning to the ferry port, and the shuttle ran on schedule. The room I booked was nice and comfortable; Wi‑Fi worked well, the AC was adequate, and the balcony with sea view was relaxing. It felt a bit dated, but the view and comfort compensated for that. There isn’t much around the hotel area, so plan accordingly. Breakfast was decent and filled with a variety of choices. Extra linens were available in the hallway, which is handy, and there was an opportunity to do laundry. On‑site e‑scooter rental was available. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would love to return; I’d choose this hotel again. It is farther from the main town, and most places close early. If bad weather stops the ferry from running, you could be stranded on the island, so extra planning is needed.
“Convenable”
Spacious rooms, but the location is off‑the‑beaten‑path.
“Nao vale a pena pelo preço que paguei”
Nothing really stood out for me; the breakfast lacked any Western options, with no fruit, only one kind of bread and weak coffee, leaving many international guests without food. Housekeeping only came after four days, so the sheets were dirty, I felt itchy all night and woke up with many bumps on my body. The place is a bit far from the city centre, so I’d suggest renting an electric bike or scooter. The staff seemed cold and unfriendly.
A nice hotel; we rented electric scooters which was very convenient, and the shuttle that picks you up directly at the port was great.
“Regulero pero no hay mucho mas en la isla”
The reception girls are lovely and help with everything, and the shuttle guy is also very friendly. The room is spacious and you can see the beach. Overall, the “resort” label feels too big for this place. The hotel needs an urgent renovation, tasteful décor, a tidy area that’s currently half‑abandoned and visible from the window, and especially an improved breakfast—my three days consisted of bread with eggs, and even the coffee was horrible. The shuttle schedule needs review because it ends at 17:30 and you’re forced to dine at the hotel. It’s much nicer to stay in the town and return after dinner.
