The staff were friendly. Our room had a very strong smell of water damage and was damp; the AC unit made a terrible noise. As we were leaving, we saw a room covered in mildew directly under the one we stayed in.
It exceeded my expectations.
“Excepcional”
I was greeted by staff who were very friendly, attentive, and the place was spotless.
Breakfast was too basic, the central air‑recirculation system on the fourth floor was very noisy, and the sound made it hard to sleep.
The location was great for the conference I was attending, and the bed was comfortable. There was a slight smell of damp or previous water damage in the room.
