“Good, work in progress”
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some standout staff members who went above and beyond to help me, but unfortunately, the property still has some kinks to work out. The new building is a great asset, but it's clear that the cleaning staff are still getting up to speed, leaving the place looking a bit unpolished. On the bright side, the location is absolutely perfect, and I appreciate the hotel's efforts to get everything up and running smoothly.
