The villa itself was amazing and spotless, a great place to unwind. However, my experience was really marred by the staff - I had to call them multiple times for help and they just ignored me. When they finally picked up, they hung up on me while I was still talking, which was super frustrating. To make matters worse, there were dogs on the property that freaked me out, and it took them an hour to show up and do anything about it.
