We were really looking forward to staying here, but things didn't quite go as planned. Despite receiving a booking confirmation, we arrived at 3am to find out that the hotel was fully booked. The staff were completely unhelpful and uncommunicative, leaving us to wander around in the middle of the night trying to find another place to stay.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Hạ Long, making it really easy to get around and try all the local food. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff here were really friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to our stay. The building and room were also spotlessly clean, which was a relief. However, the beds were a bit of a letdown - they were really hard and I struggled to get a good night's sleep.

We only stayed one night, but what a night it was. We'd been told we could check in late, but when we arrived, there was no one at reception. We had to call to get someone to come and let us in, and when they finally did, they gave us a room without even speaking to us in English. To make matters worse, when we went to change rooms, the fire alarm went off and we were stuck outside for 30 minutes in the middle of the night, still with our luggage.

I was really impressed with this hotel - everything was great, from the staff to the rooms to the location. Unfortunately, I couldn't think of anything that was particularly noteworthy, which is a bit of a shame.
