The location was good, but this is an love hotel, not suitable for long stays; you’re locked into your room and can leave easily. As an English speaker, it was hard to communicate over the phone because the staff only speaks Japanese. This type of hotel isn’t recommended for foreigners.

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but the toilet sometimes didn’t work properly; otherwise everything was fine.

When I asked about the members card after my previous stay, I was told “pay this time and we’ll make the card for you before your next visit,” but on this trip they said “we haven’t given you one yet, so tell us you’re a member when you call to book, and you can’t use member perks on the booking site.” It felt like a waste of money. I’m not asking for a refund because the price was low, but they should have explained those details the first time. The staff seemed clueless when I called, kept me waiting, and after a young male employee took over I still wasn’t inclined to stay again.

The price was low and the place was easy to stay in, but the front desk was now staffed by a young man who seemed inexperienced, which removed the sense of security I’d felt before; when I asked about the members card, he didn’t know and I ended up waiting a long time.
