The city centre location and beautiful park setting were positives, but the bedding was poor, the breakfast was below hotel standards, there was no Canal channel on the TV, the TV was old, and a water damage incident at 4 am woke the entire hotel.

Everything is great. The parking used to be free inside the park, but now it costs 7 € or you have to park on the street, and that should be clarified on the website.
