We spent two nights at Mooi Uitsig Lodge in Paarl and found it peaceful and quiet with stunning mountain views and a lovely pool; the rooms were large and comfortable, and having a microwave, kettle, and fridge was a real bonus, especially since the lodge welcomes pets. The only downside was the lack of a stove, so we had to rely on ready‑made meals or dine out, but otherwise we had a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

The location was great, we loved it, but the dogs’ barking at the window frightened us a bit; later on we got used to everything and still loved the place! ❤️
