“沒有辦法寄放行李是有點可惜的地方，距離車站有一點位置，拖著大型行李和小孩推車會有點不方便，除此之外一切都很棒！”

Score 9.0/10. The space and facilities were perfect, so if we need to stay longer it would still be our first choice. The only downside was the lack of luggage storage.

“3박4일 후기”

Score 6.0/10. The unmanned system worked fine and there were no staff, yet the convenience was acceptable – CS response was quick, a convenience store was nearby, and the shower, toilet, and sink were separate. However, a room for four adults felt a bit tight, and the carry‑on was left next to the TV because the location was unclear, so we had to take a taxi everywhere. There was no laundry service, only a washing machine that you had to use if you ran out of detergent. During a three‑night stay there was no basic room cleaning. A child in the adjacent room woke up every morning in the hallway, and the door seemed open, so we were confused. The neighboring apartment was right next door, preventing us from closing the curtains. The fridge had no water, and the sofa cushions were dirty.

“아이 동반 가족들에게 최고의 위치와 구조입니다.”

캐널시티 1층 건담 출입구로 나와서 다리만 건너면 숙소 앞길이에요. 택시나 대중교통을 이용하기에도 좋은 위치입니다. 세븐일레븐, 동네 마켓이 바로 앞에 있고, 맛집과 경찰서도 있어요. 세탁기가 있어 편리한데 욕실 안에서 건조가능해서 아침에 걸어두고 4시쯤 확인하니 건조기 돌린 것처럼 보송하게 말라있어 신기했어요. 먼지가 많을 수 밖에 없는 환경이었는데 모든 공간이 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어서 좋았어요. 직원분 응답이 빠른점도 최고에요. 12월에 여행했지만 객실은 춥지 않았어요. 창문을 열 수 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 또 일본은 어떻게 쓰레기를 배출해야 하는지 잘 몰라서 우선 재활용 가능한 것들은 세척해서 분리했고, 음식물은 어떻게 처리해야 하는지 알 수 없어서 최대한 물기 제거 후 분리해뒀지만 계속 신경쓰였던
